Conditions:
The customer acknowledges that the bicycle is in overall good condition and without apparent defects and that he will return it with all its accessories in such condition.
In case of lost, theft or damage of the bicycle or accessories during the rental period, the customer shall pay the amount of all resulting loss and expenses or the full substitution value of the stolen bicycle and/or accessories.
It is forbidden to ride the bicycle on any beach areas and to get the rental items in contact with salt water.
All law issues are applicable exclusively under the rules of the Court of Arrecife in Lanzarote.
The rental company is not responsible for any accident that might occur to the customer.
